About Me:

Hi, I am Shreepriya.

I am a creative, detail-oriented UX/UI designer who always tries to understand the "why" behind everything that I do, both in design and in life. I like to create innovative and thoughtful designs to make life a little more delightful for users. I am an Enthusiastic management professional with a demonstrated 5+ years of experience in the mass media, customer loyalty, and e-commerce industries. I was a self-taught graphic and UX designer, to gain professional knowledge, I planned to pursue a second master’s degree in Human Centered Interaction. My approach to design is holistic. Using a trans-disciplinary approach to design, I am able to break free from the limitations of a conventional approach by fusing the fundamentals of user experience with my expertise in product marketing, data analysis, market research, and brand management. As a product designer, I like to participate in every stage of the project life cycle, from conceptualization through execution. I thrive in fast-paced environment and love finding strategic solutions to complex UX problems (Genuinely, That’s my fuel :|).

I’m a highly curious and inquisitive person, who is continuously on the lookout for new ideas and trends by observing how things move, connect, and flow. When I start a new project, I use empathy to attempt to understand "who" we're designing for, "why" we're trying to do it, and "what" are the problem we're trying to address.

Here is a little story for you … I call it “my unique journey”

I loved doodling as a teenager, and I used to tell my parents that one day I would become a Google doodler or an animator at Disney. Unfortunately, I could not pursue graphic design or animation throughout my bachelor's degree, but that led me to peruse Marketing Management and Human Centered Interaction. I did succeed on my route of management and marketing, but design and creativity was always there in everything I did. I self-taught myself different tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, Procreate. I was fascinated by UX designers and their work in my previous job experience while working on a product strategy and data analysis to construct a website, and guess what I got an opportunity to design the UX and UI of their new campaign!! yay!! and it occurred to me to pursue a professional degree in this field, but this time in the US. Because I am so passionate about this, I want to be a perfectionist in this area and I would do anything to learn something I don’t know.
